Profile of an XIFM Participant
The XIFM Master’s Degree is designed for professionals active in the banking and financial service industries, whether Islamic or conventional, who wish to reach top managerial positions in the field of Islamic finance.
Participants should have strong analytical capacities, communication skills, leadership potential, and high personal motivation.
Requirements
 BA degree with concentration in Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
At least 2 years of significant professional experience.
Good GMAT scores.
Successful interview with the members of the admission jury.
How to Apply for the XIFM Programme
The admissions process for the October 2008 XIFM inaugural programme will start in April 2008. Candidates are invited to send the soonest their application form with all the needed documents. The XIFM admission will study all the applications, invite the candidate for an oral interview and will announce its final decision concerning the eligibility of the candidate to the XIFM program one month after receiving the file. The final deadline for admission is 15 September 2008.

Places are limited. When the maximum number of students will be reached, all applications for the present session will be refused and reported to the 2009 intake.
ESA is offering a limited number of scholarship and loans. This financial support will be granted to the first eligible students that will formulate the desire to benefit from this assistance.
