This program is designed for students who have reached a level equivalent to three years of university after the Lebanese Baccalaureate (High School Diploma) and who wish to acquire a full training in management. The Master in Management at ESA prepares high-potential students to break into the professional life and exercise high-level responsibilities in companies and organizations.
The Master in Management of ESA is firmly built within the framework of the B/M/D system (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate) and combines practical experience with conceptual input, with a high level of requirement. Long-term missions within an enterprise will help the ESA scholars apply the theories and methods discussed in class.
Two proposed routes:
Students admitted to the Master in Management at ESA have the choice between two routes: the national or international route. Depending on their wishes and selection test results, interested students can opt for the international route.
• National route is fully completed at ESA.
• International route: Half of the courses are conducted in France in a Partner High School of Management: ESCP Europe, Rouen Business School, Reims Management School or SKEMA.
The structure of the Master in Management of ESA, jointly organized with the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Poitiers, covers 4 semesters.
Students can organize their curriculum according to their professional and personal preferences:
• By performing half of the courses in a partner school abroad.
• Then by choosing their specialization for the 4th semester.
In addition, afternoon courses delivered during the last two semesters help scholars combine between their professional life and ESA education.
Two degrees:
Thanks to the partnership of ESA with ESCP Europe, Rouen Business School, Reims Management School and SKEMA, which are Grande Ecoles internationally recognized for the excellence of their courses and educational innovation, the Master in Management scholars benefit from an education of reference, culminating in the acquisition of two degrees, depending on the chosen route.
National Route:
• Master in Management from ESA
• Master of Science Management, International Management Specialty from IAE of Poitiers.
International Route (Lebanon-France):
• Master in Management from ESA.
• Diploma from the French partner Business School.
