The Executive MBA program is a top-level general program in management, designed for higher education graduates (bac +4/5), with significant managerial experience of at least 5 years.
It has three main objectives:
Allow managers and Executives better understand the different dynamics of today's business world, by having a full control of the best management tools and practices;
Learn how to manage uncertainty, or how to anticipate;
Train managers in making good decisions, by having full control of strategy, operational management, resources, and by identifying the challenges of the future.

Customize your curriculum depending on your own agenda, take some or all of the courses in English, and participate in seminars and modules in Europe; courses are delivered, once per month, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, in order to enable participants from all the region attend the program.
The courses are delivered by high-caliber european professionals belonging to the Top Business Schools in Europe, including ESCP Europe and HEC Paris.
Participants are from Lebanon and the entire region, all managers and leaders with different backgrounds.
Thanks to the partnership of ESA with ESCP Europe, recognized for the excellence of its programs, the auditors benefit from a training of reference, culminating in the acquisition of two degrees: The Executive MBA from ESA and the Executive MBA from ESCP Europe (19TH International MBA – Financial Times Rankings 2009).
