MIL program Initiative & Leadership (MIL) Program Management was especially conceived by ESA teachers to prepare leaders to anticipate and adapt themselves to change and to gain in efficacy.
General aims are:
- To reinforce analysis and action capacity of regional leaders.
- To widen auditors' horizons with the exploration of new concepts and ideas developed by international specialists.
- To let leaders meet and build a network among them.
ESA consultant-teachers animate the entire seminars. Some Europeans leaders may give their testimony about their success and expose their strategy. A part of the courses will allow those who wish to gain credits required for the ESA DBA.
