Several elements are contributing to the success of the EMBA program at ESA. The diversity in term of business background of the students allowed an outstanding exposure and cross experience to all the participants. The level of professors and instructors was simply unmatched.

In addition, I have found this program to be very unique in the areas of academic, offering participants the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of new business environments, trends and their relationships with the advanced economies. While the content of sessions is based on advanced academic scientific theories, they were well connected with real life examples, case studies, simulations and lots of tools that allow the attendants to experience the application of those theories in reality.

This program allowed as senior leaders or entrepreneurs to be able to identify problems, define objectives, analyze information, evaluate risks and alternatives, and leverage technology to enable qualitative and quantitative methods to solve problems. We were able to employ financial decision models to select appropriate projects for a business enterprise, apply appropriate influence tactics and produce positive team objectives and employ effective cross-cultural communication.

The program plays also a role of start-up to new business leaders in the market. The experience affected my knowledge, thinking process and overall career positively and the skills gathered keep amazingly surprising me with its handy and importance in my day-to-day business work. It became even more important in the current uncertain and turbulent economic environment.

I had the pleasure to win the Best Hotel Manager award in the Middle East and Africa Region and get promoted to General Manager position only few months after my graduation. EMBA program at ESA definitely played a prominent role in moving forward my business profile.
