Certificate in Health Management and Medical Law

The health management and Medical Law certificate is a program of 6 modules, which aims at enabling candidates to know the legislation in force (laws, decrees and case law) as well as their rights and responsibilities.
The program was designed in partnership with the University of Lorraine (France) in order to provide candidates with all the required tools to master the Law, in order to anticipate risks and to manage problems in the best possible way as they occur.

Know how to defend oneself in the case of liability and know how to protect patients

Understand the specific nature of the expertise in medical liability and the principles of legal redress for personal injury

In addition to the certificate issued by ESA, this training opens the path to students to obtain the Interuniversity Diploma (DIU) in Medical Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lorraine.
